How it works
Complete a short mentor or mentee application.
Attend Badger Beginnings the FGLI Mentor Program kick-off event and meet other first-generation students.
The Fall 2026 Badger Beginnings will be held on Monday, August 31st at 9 a.m. at Gordon Dining and Event Center in Madison, WI.
We’ll pair mentees with mentors based on shared interests, experiences, and goals.
Mentors and mentees connect twice a month throughout the academic year.
